This means all traditional database requirements such as data entry, querying and reporting can be achieved easily using a web browser, while the server also handles text, pictures and graphics.

In addition to fixed Internet, mobile access from WAP phones and Palm/Pocket PCs is also possible. Webspring™ integrates email, secure access and FTP, and can communicate over TCP/IP with other Webspring based systems or via ODBC/SQL to other third party systems. It can also output data to a wide variety of different media such as print, PDF, fax, Microsoft Word and Excel.
