To view the logbook click on the 'Record™' button in the Module Bar and to go into the logbook list screen.
By default the top level system element in the Inventory Menu will be selected and will show the entire logbook. The logbook will initially show the most recent logbook entries.
Clicking on elements in the Inventory Menu filters the logbook to show only logbook entries that pertain to the selected item and to items below it in the hierarchy.
The logbook can also be searched by entering a keyword into the search box and clicking the 'Go' button. The search can be reset by clicking the 'X' button. Record™ also features a more advanced searching capability.
Clicking on a column header will sort the logbook based on the selected header. Clicking on the sort indicator will reverse the sort direction of the list.
Note: To ensure that the log book is as responsive as possible Record™ will only show 100 records when first displayed. To see more entries than this, a search must be performed after which the 100 entry restriction is lifted.
To view a logbook entry simply click on one of the entries in the list. The logbook entry will be displayed but it will not be possible to change it.
To return to the logbook list click the 'OK' button.
To delete the logbook entry click 'Delete'. It is only possible to delete logbook entries if you have the relevant access privileges.
