A part of a STATION. e.g. Individual streams, Provers, Quality Loops etc.
NOTE: A user can only add/edit/remove a location if they have enough access privileges to do so and if the location has not been locked.
Adding a Location
Select the station in the Inventory Menu where the location needs to be added.
Click the 'Add' button at the bottom of the Inventory Menu.
The name of the location can be anything although the convention is to name it after the location type eg 'Stream' or 'Prover' and where there are multiple versions of the same type of location on the same station they should be named 'Stream 1', 'Stream 2' etc.
To create the location click the 'Save' button. This will automatically insert it into the Inventory menu.
Once a location has been created its process element, tags and equipment must also be created.
TIP: It is much easier to create the inventory hierarchy when adding a new station using the default options!
Editting Locations
Select the location from the Inventory Menu and click 'Edit'.
This will bring up the above location screen as shown above. However if the location has been locked nothing will be changeable.
Once set the location type will not be enterable.
