There are several key areas to an Inventory™ database.
Application Bar
The Application Bar simply shows the theme for the application.
Application Menu
The Application Menu provides access to version information, help, change user and logout.
Database Area
The Database Area is the main part of the window that is used for displaying equipment and logbook entries.
Database Bar
The Database Bar features buttons related to the main application running in the Database Area. The Database Bar also includes the search menu.
Inventory Menu
The Inventory Menu displays the system / station / location / process element / tag / equipment hierarchy. Clicking on an element in the Inventory Menu causes the Database Area to update and show information that pertains to both the selected element and any elements below it.
Inventory Menu Buttons
The Inventory Menu Buttons allow users with enough access to modify the Inventory hierarchy.
Location Bar
The Location Bar show the name of the system that is currently being viewed.
Module Bar
The Module Bar shows a list of installed Inventory™ modules.
