Starting a Prove

The prover status is graphically shown on the P&ID.

To Start the Prove

• Click on the prover device on the P&ID. If the prover is not currently proving and you have the necessary access levels to start a prove then the sidebar will be shown with buttons for starting a new prove and viewing the data from the previous prove.

• Click the 'Start Prove' button on the sidebar to select the stream to be proved.

• Select the stream from the popup menu.
• Enter the number of runs required.
• Click the 'Start Prove' button on the sidebar to select the stream to be proved.

The prover sidebar will now change to show the status of the currently running prove.

The prover graphic on the P&ID will animate to show the position of the 4 way valve and the switch positions. The prove sequence can be aborted at any point.

Once the prove sequence completes the sidebar menu will revert back to the original sidebar.

• Click the 'Prove Data' button to view the prover results.
