Mail Queue

Acquire™ can send out reports and other messages via email. If for any reason the mail cannot be delivered because the recipient's email server is unavailable etc then it will stay in the mail queue until the problem is solved.

To open the mail queue:

  • Select the 'Mail Queue' item from the Admin menu.

To remove a message from the mail queue:

  • Click on the message to highlight it.
  • Select 'Delete Mail Messages' from the file menu.

To cause the message to be sent straight away:

  • Click on the message to highlight it.
  • Select 'Send Mail Now' from the 'Mail Queue' menu.

To suspend the sending of mail:

  • Select 'Pause Mail Queue' from the 'Mail Queue' menu.

To readdress a message:

  • Double click on the message and renter the recipient's address in the mail details window.
