Flowcomputer Status

Viewing the Flowcomputer Status Window

To the right is a window that shows the status of Acquire™'s communication with the flowcomputers as defined in the initial set up process. The window is opened automatically on start up.

This window may be closed, for convenience, by:

Clicking the close icon at the top right of the status window.

The status window can be opened again by:

Selecting 'Flowcomputer Status…' from the server menu.

To view the IP Address of the flowcomputer in the grey status bar:

Click on the image of the Flowcomputer.

To open the edit flowcomputer window for one of the flowcomputers:

Double click the image of the flowcomputer.

A red cross at the top right of the device icon indicates no communication to that device.

If Acquire™ is connected to the flowcomputers and all of the flowcomputer communication ports are set up properly to match Acquire™'s set up, then no red crosses should be present.

If the user has system configuration access, clicking on the flowcomputer icon will allow the user to change the flowcomputer communication settings.
